It creates space for colleagues to step away from everyday workplace pressures, reconnect and strengthen the relationships that support effective teamwork. Our facilitated activities combine shared enjoyment with opportunities for reflection.
Who are the workshops for?
Organisations across the UK, including corporate businesses, NHS and private healthcare providers, educational institutions, charities and public-sector teams.
Can you deliver at our workplace?
Yes, workshops can be delivered at suitable workplace venues or external event locations, subject to the space, facilities and activity requirements. We’ll discuss these with you during planning.
Do we need to prepare or have any experience?
No prior experience is needed. Some activities are kept as a surprise to preserve discovery, but we provide information about the format, accessibility and participation requirements so people can feel comfortable and prepared. Please tell us about any access or participation needs when enquiring.
Are your workshops CPD accredited?
CPD accreditation is currently being explored and is not yet confirmed. Workshops include professional development objectives and reflective learning, but are not currently advertised as CPD accredited.
Can our workshop be photographed?
Photography arrangements vary by workshop. Discover offers photography as an optional add-on; Connect includes complimentary photography, subject to consent. We’ll agree permissions and arrangements with you beforehand.
How much does a workshop cost?
Contact us with your preferred workshop, team size, location and dates so we can discuss the arrangements and provide a proposal. Bloom Flourish is published as a baseline of six workshops for the price of four; we’ll confirm the programme and terms in your proposal.
